The project is still under construction and is estimated to be complete by March 2024.

The project started with an 8,400 sq ft interior renovation to an existing leased commercial space, including a new 2,000+ sq ft wood framed addition. An exterior envelope refresh was completed along with a brand-new entrance vestibule and a decorative exterior canopy extending from the front face of the building. This project includes multiple classrooms, labs, seminar rooms, staff offices as well as an employee break room. This project required multiple scopes of work including but not limited to: electrical and mechanical, HVAC, new doors and windows with frames, concrete foundation, wood framing, steel stud construction, flooring and millwork.
