Everett Construction Group’s renovation of Charles Sinclair School for Fisher River Cree Nation addresses the building’s exterior and interior, including repairs to the school’s crawlspaces.
Exterior work includes foundation excavation and waterproofing, weeping tile and drainage stone installation, backfilling and metal roof replacement. Crawlspace work includes floor joist repairs, insulation and vapour barrier installation, waterproofing, concrete pier patching and metal angle installation.
The interior scope includes plumbing and HVAC inspections, air filter and plumbing fixture replacement, electrical work and handrail replacement. Spring landscaping includes sodding.
The January 2026 schedule places site mobilization in September 2025, with spring work and final deficiency repairs scheduled through May 2026.
